Jet Airways (Mumbai) may add up to 100 new aircraft in order to take advantage of the weaknesses of the other carriers in India including Air India (Mumbai) and Kingfisher Airlines (Bangalore) according to this report by Reuters and CAPA. The airline is reportedly looking at the Airbus A320 despite being a large Boeing narrow body operator. The Indian carrier may also lease 10 Airbus A330s according to the report.
